Chrome-finished 15″ Cragar S/S wheels wear 215/70 Goodyear tires up front and 275/60 Cooper tires at the rear. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and the truck is equipped with EPAS electric power steering.
The cabin features later bucket seats that have been reupholstered in black cloth, and interior details include a chrome-finished glove box, a passenger-side dash pad, a center console, lap belts, a replacement headliner and carpets, and an aftermarket stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. A dent is present in the driver’s door panel.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts refurbished instrumentation including a 100-mph horizontal-sweep speedometer and auxiliary gauges, while a tachometer has been installed atop the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 98k miles, approximately 150 of which have been added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 340ci V8 was installed under prior ownership in place of the factory inline-six. A rebuild prior to the engine’s installation is said to have included installing ported cylinder heads, a COMP Cams camshaft, an aluminum intake manifold, a Quick Fuel carburetor, MSD ignition components, and ceramic-coated exhaust headers. Service under current ownership is said to have included refurbishing the carburetor and replacing the oil pan, radiator, valve cover gaskets, and belts as well as the distributor cap and rotor, the spark plugs, and the spark plug wires.
