Description
The body was removed from the frame before reportedly being refinished in Porsche Guards Red. Additional work performed during current ownership involved refurbishing the black removable hardtop. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that are said to have been reupholstered in black cloth during current ownership. Woodgrain trim adorns the dash and door panels, which are complimented by body-color metal surfaces. Amenities include power steering, air conditioning, a retro-style radio with auxiliary input, and power windows and locks.
The tilt-adjustable steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows less than 3,500 miles, which is said to reflect the distance traveled since the completion of the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown.
A replacement 383ci crate V8 from BluePrint Engines was installed by the seller and features chrome-finished components. A dyno sheet is provided in the gallery below.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
