The selling dealer notes that repairs and paintwork have been performed in the rocker-panel area following removal of the factory rocker molding.
Black 18″ HRE 527S three-piece wheels feature satin faces complemented by gloss-finished outer lips, and they are mounted with 225/40 and 255/35 Nitto NT05 N1 tires. Multi-piston Porsche Boxster Brembo brake calipers have been installed along with Hawk ceramic pads, SEBRO rotors, and an ATE master cylinder. The suspension has been modified with components including an Elephant Racing front coilover conversion kit with Öhlins coilovers, Öhlins rear shocks, Elephant Racing front control arms, Tarett Engineering front and rear drop-link sway bars with an Elephant Racing through-body sway bar reinforcement kit, ASP spring plates, 28mm hollow torsion bars, rubber bushings, monoball bearing cartridges, a spring-plate reinforcement kit, and rear sway bar mount kit. A Sleepers Speed Shop cross-brace kit was also added.
The interior features Sparco QRT bucket seats with black leather and suede upholstery. A bolt-in chromoly roll bar has been added, and German-sourced brown wool square-weave carpeting covers the floors and rear area, from which the seats have been removed. A WEVO shifter has been installed along with an Alpine CD player, and the car is also equipped with air conditioning and a sunroof.
A Momo Heritage Prototipo steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation that includes a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 170-mph speedometer, combination gauges, and an analog clock. The six-digit odometer shows 134k miles, approximately 600 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter flat-six was rebuilt in 2019 with Mahle pistons, CP-Carrillo connecting rods, a polished crankshaft, an Elgin 964 camshaft, SSI heat exchangers, and a Dansk RSR-style sport muffler as well as replacement bearings, timing chains, cam gears, chain tensioner, gaskets, oil tubes, and hardware. The cylinder heads have been rebuilt and ported, and ARP head studs were utilized. The fuel system has also been refreshed. The ECU was modified by Steve Wong with a 24-pin chip socket, 911 headers/SSI configuration chip, and a replacement stock-configuration chip after the factory unit was desoldered from the board.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 915 five-speed manual transaxle with a KAAZ limited-slip differential. The gearbox was rebuilt with a used gearset, and the clutch assembly has been replaced. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The window sticker shows selected factory options along with delivery to Sunnyvale Porsche Audi and a total retail price of $35,535.
A number of receipts will also accompany the car along with a removed airbox, spare seat rails, and a tool roll.
